There are many funding organizations that want to help you get your project started. Some of them are Telus Story Hive, Telus Originals, Bell Fund, Telefilm Canada etc.
Each organization has their own proposal format which needs to be followed. Some organizations need grant funds to be matched, and others do one lump sum.
A set deadline for the project is typical and may have other criteria that has to be adhered to.
